and accessory making in the Middle East and Africa with Egypt Gold and Education Ministry
Egypt has been flaunting its local fashion and jewelry designer for the past few years. Almost everyone dreams of becoming the next big name, but lack the skills and technicality. Now jewelry lovers might finally get the chance to become professional craftsmen.

Last week, Egypt’s Minister of Education, Tarek Shawky, signed a cooperation protocol with Mr. Mostafa Nassar the CEO of Egypt Gold to launch Egypt’s first-ever school for technical jewelry and accessory making in the Middle East and Africa. Shawky explained that technical education is essential as Egypt is witnessing a shift in focus toward applied technology schools.
